Refund

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the type of services we offer, there is a no-refund on all our services.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Appointments

Appointment scheduling fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if a customer chooses to abandon or discontinue the test for any reason. Additionally, if one of the test parties cancels or fails to appear for the appointment, any fees paid will be non-refundable. If a test is delayed for more than 10 days beyond the original appointment date due to the customer, specimen recollection may be required, and additional testing fees may apply.

 

Refunds will not be provided for unforeseen or uncontrollable issues affecting the testing process or result delivery. Furthermore, the laboratory may require additional blood or buccal samples to complete the testing. If a test party refuses to provide the necessary samples when requested, no refunds will be issued.

 

Results

For confidentiality purposes, only the individual who ordered the test will receive a copy of the results, regardless of who made the payment. Anyone else requesting access to the results must have written authorization from the test parties, which must be submitted to our office.

 

All result turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to various factors, such as shipping issues, laboratory requests for a specimen redraw, additional testing time, or other unforeseen circumstances. No discounts or refunds will be issued for delayed or inconclusive results.

 

Please note that laboratory testing is not being performed in our office. As an authorized specimen collection site for our affiliated laboratory partners, our role is strictly to collect biological specimens and forward them for testing. By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any errors in test results provided by our laboratory partners.

 

Payments

Deposits must be made on all training classes at the time of booking, unless you are signing up for a payment plan. Balance is due in full on the day of service before service is provided.

 

All services are non-transferable/non-refundable and must be used by the person who booked the services.

 

In the event of a disputed or returned payment, all parties involved in the service provided will be jointly and severally responsible for the full service fee, the maximum returned payment fee permitted by law, as well as any reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs incurred in collecting the full amount due.

 

No Call/No Show

Deposits on no call, no show will be forfeited.

 

Cancellations/Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours before service.

 

Visitors

Children, extra guests, or pets are not allowed on site while services are being rendered.

 

Phone

No phone can be used while receiving service.
