Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the type of services we offer, there is a no-refund on all our services. Deposits must be made on all training classes at the time of booking, unless you are signing up for a payment plan. Balance is due in full on the day of service before service is provided. All services are non-transferable/non-refundable and must be used by the person who booked the services. No Call/No Show Deposits on no call, no show will be forfeited. Cancellations/Rescheduling Appointments must be cancelled withing 24 hours before service.
